Modella statunitense, nota per aver ottenuto i titoli di Playmate Of The Month e Playmate Of The Year nella rivista Playboy, la Underwood ha al suo attivo anche qualche film - non certo memorabili - e diverse apparizioni nei telefilm Usa. Ha anche iniziato una carriera da giocatrice di poker, partecipando anche alle WSOP (World Series of Poker) di Las Vegas, i campionati del mondo di poker sportivo.
Il suo selfie arriva dopo quello cliccatissimo di Will Smith la scorsa estate, Katy Perry, Kobe Briant e il tenorino de "Il Volo" che ha fatto tappa a Pisa qualche giorno fa.
